This Flasher/Dodger attracts trout, kokanee and other fish with the spin and tail kick vibrations they put in the water.  The ProChip 4 with its agitator fin on the back; has superior erratic action and tail kick.  Typical trolling speeds for the ProChip 4 are 1 - 2.5 mph. For trolling speeds below 1 mph, it is better to use the alternate rigging setup. The EChip is the small metal tube located near the back, it attracts fish by discharging tiny electronic nerve pulses.
