Do you track your packages?

Yes.  All orders are shipped with a tracking number that is sent to you in a confirmation email.

If I am unhappy with my purchase can I return the product?
Yes.  Our goal is to make sure you are happy.  Please see our policies under returns.

From the time I order how long until my package is shipped?
We make every attempt to ship the very next business day from when your order is placed.
However, during the busy season we are very busy and the shipping process can take up to an additional 2-3 business days.  Once shipped, you may anticipate either a shipping tracking number or an email from our staff during such time.

We do our best at to have all advertised inventory in stock.
If an item is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible letting you know when the item will ship from our facility.
